How Eric Kavelaars Went From University Dropout To Teaching No-Code AI Agents From Dubai

Eric Kavelaars left university on August 25, 2022, and started his first agency a week later, on September 1.³ His site says he was 19.¹ Four years later he runs Super Agent Lab from Dubai. It is a course that teaches beginners to build and sell no-code AI agents.^1,9

His YouTube channel states its purpose plainly: "to document my journey but more importantly inspire and give free value to others who were in similar positions to me when I was first starting out."²

Early life

Kavelaars describes himself as Canadian-born.¹ In a 2023 interview he said he is "originally from Vancouver" and had been living in Whistler.¹² He says his father also ran his own business, and drove up to Whistler with him on the day he announced he was leaving university.³

He studied at Western University in London, Ontario, and left partway through his degree.^1,3 He gave his age as 21 in February 2024.⁵

The first agency

His first agency served real estate agents.⁵ To learn the trade he joined Charlie Morgan's agency course and hired a mentor.³ He calls the months that followed "nightmare mode": he says he cut contact with almost everyone for three to four months and worked twelve to fourteen hours a day.³ He has said his mentor told him to make 250 cold calls a day.¹³

A May 2023 press release named him chief executive of REALTO Consulting, which sold buyer and seller leads to real estate agents in North America.¹¹ That August, Charlie Morgan's channel published his story as "How Eric went from $0 to $30,000 per month in 6 months." Kavelaars says that interview "kicked off my brand in YouTube."^3,12

Dubai and coaching

He moved to Dubai in September 2023, a year after starting the agency.¹³ From there he coached other agency owners one on one.³ He has hosted client retreats in Dubai and Greece, and filmed a week living next to Charlie Morgan during one in 2025.^1,19,20 Podcasts picked up his story, including the Theo Clarke Podcast, recorded in Dubai in 2024, and OB Collider in 2025.^14,15

His mindset content draws on visualization and the "law of assumption," the subject of a June 2026 video.¹⁸

From agencies to AI

In October 2025 he told his viewers that the old social media marketing agency model was "fully cooked." He proposed pairing lead-generation ads with AI voice receptionists for local businesses, sold on a monthly retainer instead of as one-time builds.¹⁶

"So instead of becoming another commoditized agency, you become an AI growth integrator."

His paid Skool group for clients carries that name, AI Growth Integrator, and had 181 members on October 24, 2026.⁶

Super Agent Lab

In 2026 he founded Super Agent Lab and became its chief executive.^1,9 Its site describes "a comprehensive course to build, deploy, and scale autonomous AI agents that generate revenue and automate complex workflows."⁷ On LinkedIn the company calls itself "a growth and distribution company built for the AI era" that works with VC-backed AI software companies.⁸

The course is built around Base44 Super Agents, which he has ranked above competing agent tools.⁹ In an April 2026 video he showed an agent that finds local businesses on Google Maps with no website, builds a site for each one and emails them the link.¹⁷ His own site sums up the goal in the third person: to "make education free for anyone who wants to start their own AI online business and take advantage of the AI goldrush."¹

On October 24, 2026, his main YouTube channel had 6,320 subscribers and 282,729 views, and his Instagram account, @eric, had 55,000 followers.^2,10

He is a member of Liam Ottley's free Skool community, AI Automation Agency Hub, according to his Skool profile.^4,21,31 Both men built their businesses while living in Dubai.^13,22

He is also a member of Nate Herk's AI Automation Society, the Skool community Herk owns.^4,23,32

He and Nick Saraev are both Canadian, and both of their YouTube channels list Canada as their country. Both run paid Skool communities for people building agencies: his AI Growth Integrator and Saraev's Maker School.^2,6,24,25

He and AI developer Eric Otten both started their current YouTube channels in 2022, and both have made videos about earning money from an AI agency.^2,16,26,27 Both run Skool communities, Otten's being the free EricsLab AI Community.^6,28 Both have featured GoHighLevel in their videos: Otten interviewed its chief executive, Shaun Clark, on landing AI clients, and Kavelaars connected his GoHighLevel account to his website-building agent.^17,30 Both also post travel and lifestyle content.^2,29
